Yes. ArtJoy / Giant Puppets Save the World is fully insured through Specialty Insurance.
We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing your organization or venue upon request -

Oregon and the West Coast
National and international events (with sufficient lead time and budget)
Travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics.

For large or custom projects, 2–6 months advance notice is ideal. For smaller events, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date

Cancellation terms are outlined clearly in the contract and vary depending on how close to the event date the cancellation occurs and how much preparation has already been done.
